Our tarriff weekend tarriff starts at $185.00 per night, based on a two night stay.
Mid-week stays offer excellent value starting from $165.00 per night.

Don't forget to ask about our mid-week packages. All bookings are confirmed on receipt of your deposit and the balance is payable by credit card, cash or cheque on departure.


Please note: As Bleak House is a very old, heritage building we are not able to accommodate people with disabilities, that would prevent them climbing stairs as all our rooms are on the first floor.

Likewise, because of the nature of the building and the quiet atmosphere that we offer our guests, we don't accept bookings that include children.

Terms & Conditions

By making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• 50% deposit at time of booking.
• If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival, the deposit is not refundable.
• Full tariff will be charged if cancellation is less than 7 days or failure to arrive.
• Deposit is refundable less admin fee of 10% if cancelled more than14 days prior to arrival.
• Guests may be charged for extra cleaning,repair/replacement to the rooms for damage during their stay.
